I led a integrated team of six designers, creative strategists, and PR professionals in rebranding Telesat. Together we developed a brand strategy and visual identity that paid appropriate homage to the company’s 50-year legacy while signaling a new era.
Because authenticity, resonance, and buy-in were key to the success of the company moving forward, I worked with the team to keep customer-centricity top of mind. The end result was a simple, streamlined brand system, easy to use for marketers and engineers alike.

The visual identity utilized a modular grid system, a robust icon library designed to simplify complex technical processes in custom charts, and a photo library featuring a range of abstract and objective imagery to demonstrate the brand’s impact within each industry they serve.
