Transforming sustainability thought leadership for BCG

Industry-leading consultancy Boston Consulting Group (BCG) partnered with The Charles Group to develop a series of custom interactive articles. The goal of this project was to arm business decision makers with concrete actionable information to tackle some of society’s toughest challenges - food waste, climate action, the gender wage gap, etc. 

Working closely with BCG’s editorial team, we reworked the site’s content and designed interactive modules to make the dense information digestible without losing the invaluable nuance. We then created companion social content and infographics to further promote the article and drive site traffic.

Closing the Food Waste Gap

Within eight weeks of launch, the article was one of the top three best performing thought leadership on BCG.com.

40% of all site traffic came from social media.
